To help ease a little bit of the anxiety we are experimenting during quarantine with our little ones at home, trying to work/homeschool/keep sane, our in-house therapist, Hilary, recorded a guided meditation for us.
This meditation is only 15 minutes long and it was especially created for people who have never been able to meditate, or for those who have been doing it for a while.
